A very appealing oil on canvas of flowers in a jug in rich but subtle colours. The artist makes good use of impasto and scraffito techniques.
Dutch School circa 1935. The hard marbled frame in from a top Brussels maker and makes a very harmonious partnership.The artist is as yet unknown to us but is under investigation.
